Data Sovereignty and Minimalism
Vaultaric operates on a strict principle of data minimalism. We do not want your data. We collect only what is absolutely necessary to execute the physical delivery of your hardware.
1. Information We Collect
We collect your encrypted shipping address, billing information, and a point of contact (email) strictly for the fulfillment of your Vaultaric order.
2. Cryptographic Isolation
Vaultaric hardware is completely air-gapped. We have zero access to your public addresses, private keys, or the balance of your assets. The hardware does not “phone home” or transmit telemetry data to our servers.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. Data is shared exclusively with encrypted payment processors (e.g., Stripe) and secure logistics partners required to physically transport the hardware to your location.
4. Data Purge Protocol
Upon successful delivery and completion of the return window, you may request a complete purge of your physical shipping data from our operational databases by contacting privacy@vaultaric.com.
