1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing Vaultaric.com and purchasing our hardware, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Vaultaric provides a physical hardware solution for cryptographic key storage. We do not manage, control, or have access to your digital assets.
2. HARDWARE ACQUISITION AND SHIPPING
All sales of the Founders Edition are final upon shipment due to the uncompromising security protocols required for hardware wallets. We utilize fully insured, discreet transport for all deliveries. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon delivery.
3. ABSOLUTE LIABILITY WAIVER
Vaultaric provides the architecture; you are solely responsible for the sovereignty of your wealth. Under no circumstances shall Vaultaric, its directors, or its affiliates be liable for any loss of digital assets, lost profits, or compromised seed phrases resulting from user error, physical theft, or failure to properly secure backup protocols.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The monolithic architecture, physical design, and branding of Vaultaric are the exclusive intellectual property of the company. Reverse engineering, unauthorized replication, or distribution of our physical or digital assets is strictly prohibited.
